Being French, I was brought up on farm food, and passionately believe this is vital to appreciate all the wonderful flavours of real food. All the products I use to prepare my food are organic or from local farm or home-grown suppliers. As far as possible I try to ensure my products are chemical-free, not only is this healthy, it means we can also taste the actual flavour of the food. And once you have tasted the difference between home grown chemical-free food, you'll never look back!
I make everything fresh to order, nothing is frozen. My food is restaurant standard, so eating my food is like going to a restaurant, but in the comfort of your own home. And it's delivered to your door.
My philosophy for life is reflected in my food, live life to the full and with passion, and take the healthy option - as long as it's full of flavour!
